1. Introduction

This Data Deletion Agreement outlines the process and terms under which Gofling will process requests for deletion of personal data. By submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

2. Right to Request Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. Once deleted, your account and associated content cannot be recovered.

3. Scope of Deletion
  • Account information (profile, settings)
  • Personal data (name, email, phone)
  • Content data (messages, photos, media)
  • Usage logs
📌 We may retain data for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
4. Deletion Process

Submit a request to support@goflingapp.com or via app settings. We will verify your identity and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive confirmation.

5. Exceptions

We may not delete data required by law, for fraud prevention, or for ongoing disputes. Backup data will be deleted during regular cycles.

6. Consequences

Loss of access, permanent content removal, irreversible action. You may re-register but previous history will not be restored.

7. Minors

Parents or guardians may request deletion of a minor's data by contacting us with proof of status.
