Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE) Zero‑Tolerance Policy

1. Our Stance (Zero Tolerance)

Gofling strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including creation, possession, distribution, solicitation, or linking of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We remove such content, permanently ban accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement.

2. Definitions

Child/Minor: under 18. CSAE: sexual exploitation or abuse including grooming, coercion, trafficking. CSAM: visual depiction of a minor in sexually explicit conduct, including AI-generated.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Producing, uploading, distributing CSAM
• Sexualizing minors
• Grooming, sextortion, arranging meetings for sexual purposes
• Child sex trafficking or commercial sexual activity with minors

4. Age Assurance

Gofling does not target minors. We implement age screens to prevent underage access to adult features.

5. Reporting & Blocking

In-app reporting under "Child Safety / CSAE". Misuse may lead to restrictions.

6. Enforcement

Immediate removal, account freeze, human review, permanent bans, and legal referrals where appropriate.

7. Legal Reporting

We report apparent CSAM to NCMEC (US) and other authorities as required by law.
